The Medtronic CRHF(Cardiac Rhythm and Heart Failure) business has a job opening for Sales Representative.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting, selling and servicing Medtronic’s products in the assigned territories.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent’s key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for achieving sales goals and objectives and achieving financial objectives in the assigned territories.

• Conduct sales calls to promote, sell and service Medtronic’s products and services to existing and potential customers.

• Provide on-going field intelligence reports on competitive activities, changes in market, distribution, pricing as well as inputs on customers’ preferences.

   

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge.

   

• Provide technical back-up and follow-up.

   

• Organize marketing activities such as seminars and customer meetings, when required.

   

   

  Requirements:   

   

1. Job Experience

Sales, Nursing experience preferred, but not required.

2. Skills & Competencies

• Ability to absorb complex technical product knowledge.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong negotiation skills and organization skills

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with customers

• Ability to prioritize and multi task with attention to detail to problem solve.

• Self-motivated, energetic, proven sales skills

• Customer focused
