Job Description l To manage and be responsible for all aspects of monitoring and site management for assigned R&D clinical trials l To be responsible for assuring adequate control of investigational product l To be responsible for training the investigator and site staff on the regulatory guidelines/procedures for timely reporting and monitoring ongoing compliance to ensure overall patient safety l To be responsible for the preparation of site audits and regulatory inspections to ensure a successful outcome l Comply with pharmaceutical regulations and Bayer HealthCare ethical business practices 4. Personal Specification l University graduate, major in Pharmacy, Nursing or Science l 6-7 years in healthcare experience of which 3 years of direct monitoring experience as CRA is preferred l Full knowledge of regulations (e.g., ICH-GCP, KGCP) l Capability of communicating clinical pharmacology of Bayer Schering Pharma’s products comprehensively and clearly to the investigators l Good command of written and spoken English 6.
