국제협력본부에서 2024학년도 1학기 외국인등록 및 체류기간연장 등 단체접수를 다음과 같이 실시하고 있으니 간호대학 소속 유학생은 아래의 안내 및 붙임자료를 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.
The Office of International Affairs will provide group registration services for Visa/Immigration process for the 2024 Spring semester. Students who wish to apply must refer to the guidance below and attatched files.

1. 신청기간(Application Period)   
  가. 외국인 등록 단체접수 일정(Foreigner Registration Period)
  (지문등록일 및 외국인등록증 발급일은 추후 별도 안내 The issuing period of fingerprint registration and the residence card will be notified later)        
    1) 1차(1st Round): 2024. 2. 22.(목) ~ 2. 29.(목)       
    2) 2차(2nd Round): 2024. 3. 4.(월) ~ 3. 16.(토)     
  나. 체류기간 연장(Visa Extension): 2024. 2. 19.(월) ~ 2024. 3. 17.(일)   
2. 주의사항     
  - 출입국사무소 개별 방문을 통한 접수신청이 제한되고 있고, 출입국에서 빠른 처리를 위해 유학생 개별접수를 지양하고 학교를 통한 단체접수를 적극 권장
    Group Applications through university are recommended due to the restriction of individual visits to immigration offices and quick process for immigration.     
  - 외국인 등록을 입국 후 90일 이내에 진행하지 않은 유학생 과태료 부과 및 불법체류자 신분전환     
    International students who fail to register as foreigners within 90 days of entering the country will be fined and be subjected to illegal alien status.
  - 유학생 체류기간 만료 후 계속 수학할 경우 유학생 과태료 부과
    International students who continue to study after the expiration of their stay will be fined.
